We’re excited to announce the release of mKart MEGA-ECDIS version 1.3 — a major update that brings more convenience, accuracy, and speed to your navigation workflow.

What’s New in 1.3

• Passage Plan Report & UKC Calculation

Ahoy! You can now build your route according to UKC parameters
and easily export it as a printable PDF report.
Just go to Route Planning → UKC tab (next to the “Dangerous Objects” tab) — and you’ll find the new PRINT button ready to use.

• Simplified Installation Process

We’ve significantly improved and simplified the initial installation of both the software and chart data.
Overall system performance has also been optimized — everything now runs faster and smoother.

• ETA Date Input Added

By popular request from pilots, you can now enter not only ETA time, but also the date, allowing for more accurate speed calculations during passage planning.

• Important Fix: National Chart Symbols Encoding

If you notice any incorrectly displayed labels on your charts, please reinstall the affected cells or the full chart set to apply the encoding correction.

This update makes mKart MEGA-ECDIS even more reliable and user-friendly — keeping your navigation precise, safe, and efficient.
